    a. We have a few options base on the client's needs.

    b. We offer solutions for a full EMR/HER/PM integration.

    c. We offer solutions of integrating only the PM integration to support the Billing cycle.

    d. We can integrate it into any system. We offer IT support as required and own manage a successful data integration.

    a. Our billing Services include the full billing cycle from scrubbing, posting, appeals, and collections.

    b. We offer other RCM services such as Credentialing, AR Cleanup, Coding, and HIPAA compliance audits. These are quoted separately based on Practice needs.

    a. The Standard is 6% - 10%, depending on specialty and practice needs.

    a. Our standard hours are from 8 am – 5 pm, M-F. Available for questions/meetings after hours based on Practice needs

    b. Our commitment to service is 24hr turnaround on any questions.

    a. It is specific to the denial codes and Clinical notes.

    a. Yes, whatever solution fits your needs, our weekly and monthly reporting is critical for transparent communication and success for all.

  • 11. How do you ensure that your company adheres to HIPAA requirements?

    a. Our solutions and communication are certified HIPAA compliant.

    b. Our team is required to take HIPAA compliance training upon hire and annually.

    a. 24 to 48 hours after received.

  • 13. My A/R is really high. Can you decrease it?

    a. Most definitely. AR recovery is one of our fortes. Once we start working, you will notice a difference in your revenue in as little as a month.

  • 14. Do I have to use your EHR?

    a. Not at all! We are not bound by software. We provide services on almost all the market EHR and medical billing software. You can keep using your billing software and EHR.

  • 15. What if I don't need an all-inclusive service?

    a. We offer both all-inclusive and standalone services. It is totally up to you if you need an all-inclusive package or wants only one service.

  • 16. I have a small practice. Do I need a medical billing service?

    a. Medical billing services come in all sizes. If your small practice performs well, you will have the option to grow it in the future. Big or small, by not doing proper medical billing, you could be losing money.
